Appointments

Booking: All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation message for your appointment. Please ensure your contact details are up-to-date.
Cancellation: We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may reduce the duration of your service to accommodate the next client.
If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Payments

We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital payment options.
To secure your appointment, we require a 20% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service and is non-refundable in case of cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.

Hygiene & Safety

For your safety and ours, all equipment is thoroughly sanitized after each use.
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to your treatment.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please let us know, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Children & Guests

For safety and comfort, we kindly ask that children and additional guests do not accompany you during your appointment.
